I ordered two sets of lights, but one of them was not fully functional. They helped me with getting the one set exchanged and it was very easy and convenient. I promptly received my replacement and both sets work perfectly. I highly recommend this seller and product.

The product worked great, stuck AMAZINGLY and was VERY BRIGHT.Unfortunately tho like ordering anything online 3 key things always to keep in mind1: you may get a faulty product [ with how many of these things get shipped you could get the package handlers that just toss packages hence them coming in broken or not working as intended"2: could be an older product, meaning the possibility of it dying is not necessarily increased but overall more likely due to not being used [ longer shelf live usually tend to short circuit or just not last long in general]3: Test the first 2 days to MAKE SURE it works, NEVER stick the product without using it, test it multiple times to make sure it works, if it even flickers or stutters SEND BACK IMMEDIATLY AND GET A NEW ONE THIS WILL SAVE YOU LOADS OF TIME AND MONEY.Review________________________As said before the product overall is amazing however mine Died after not even having it for a full year yet.I usually would keep the light on 24/7 and would usually always set it to dim, I do know that could be a factor in why it died so quickly but I've had lights at this cheap a price before that still last me to this day.JUST KEEP IN MIND IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY LONG LASTING LIGHTS FOR CHEAP THESE ARE NOT FOR 24/7 USEAfter turning off my lights recently they would not turn back on. They flickered then died.

So one quick note. After setting up the lights they wouldn't turn on. They were not broken after all. The connector is 4 prong and connects either way. Apparently one way is correct as when I flipped the connector over They lit up perfectly.The lights are bright when turned up and dim all the way down to almost nothing. Color and setting changes are instant and perfect. You can make them react to whatever music you have playing.Nice product. Assuming they last, they are perfect

I decided to edit my review after locating the correct plug for our lights. They now work correctly and my daughter loves them. I did not give them a 5 star because the app style doesn’t work all that well. The smell has finally gone away.This is the first negative review I’ve left for a product on Amazon. These were bought to replace my daughter’s old lights in her room when we moved and they were great for the first hour. We have several complaints- they do have a terrible chemical odor, the app is junk, they suddenly turn off or they suddenly start blinking and the only way to make it stop is to unplug it. The plug also gets very hot. You also cannot make DIY colors from the remote - only the app. You can only adjust the brightness from the remote. I would not recommend this product. I checked to make sure we had it plugged in correctly so it is not an install issue - it is the product.

I was very happy with this product, but it broke just after the 2 year warranty expired. I emailed the support email, not expecting anything and they sent me a replacement straight away. So happy!

The media could not be loaded.  I got these the other day for my new room and put them up i love them so much, i had fun messing around with them with the app and remote these are really nice and easy to put up, the box looked different than to what is shown i got 60ft since my room is just short of 55ft. But i highly recommend will maybe up date later on about the quality and how long they last.

We had a tiny little gap under a step leading into the kitchen on our narrowboat, and we were stuck for ages thinking of how to fill it.Then we discovered these wonderful lights! As you can see from the picture, they’re not only a perfect gap-filler, they also add a touch of glamour whilst highlighting the small step up, so nobody trips over.The lights were easy to install, lots of colour choices, they even move to different music beats. We tend to use the app more than the remote, but both are easy to use.Really happy with our purchase!

I have bought 3 boxes of these lights, no problems in the beginning but today unfortunately half of the strip on my desk turned Green, I have checked all the colours, turned it off and on, and checked the connections, I can not get it to go back to normal.It’s a real shame as I was beyond happy with them, the ability to control it from my phone and name all the lights so I knew what was what.Gonna have to keep an eye on the other lights to see if it happens again 😢Giving 4 stars because I had an issue with a recent strip that was faulty at default and they sent out a replacement, really great customer service, just a shame I have had another issue

Once you cut the lights on the dotted lines, and use connectors the lights dont work or some are different colour to next lot.
