The title said cap but its actually a hat and i love it. the pom pom is very soft like so soft i spend ten minutes running my fingers through it. It came compressed in a bag and i was worried but after fluffing it out i love this hat and neck warmer. it has a soft fur on the inside and will keep me warm as i'm finding this winter very cold. The material stretches and i normally look funny in hats but for the first time i actually look cute in a hat. i wish the neck thing was detachable but that is OK as its meant to be that way.

I liked the style and design. It is as described and is very warm. It wasn't obvious at first sight how to attach the mask but having the option to fold that part inward was good and extra warm when not windy. Would definitely recommend this product if u want to be toasty warm

Very good quality fit lovely

It was perfect in every way except that the material around the neck area was itchy. I’m not sure whether that was just me. My daughter also wore it for awhile and then complained of the same thing. Otherwise great cosy design. I loved it otherwise. Great value for money.

This lovely hat arrived on time, safely packaged.Someone said theirs smelt mouldy.I dont think it is that.It comes from the fibres of the product and is natural and wears off.It is so warm and snug.No freezing cold air gets through.Even without the flap lifted it protects a lot of my face.I have a big head and it fits and it looks lovely on.Highly recommended in these chilly times xxx

I was after another winter hat and saw these so brought 3 in different colours. Reason for me buying them is l am out doors on my farm quite a lot in the wind rain and snow so l wanted something that l could work in and keep warm and dry. I have tried on one and found it fits really well and doesn't roll around well at least at the moment. I am very happy with my purchase.

TERRIBLE QUALITY, MISLEADING PHOTOS, USELESS DESIGN Very bad quality in general, thin wool knit, cheap looking, not the same product as in photos! BUT biggest issue - there are NO BUTTON HOLES in the bit that they show being able to flip up and button to the two buttons alongside the face. Die Wintermütze ist sehr angenehm, kuschelig und warm.Knopfleisten sind auf beiden Seiten vorhanden.Die Größe ist wie beschrieben und passt noch die nächsten Jahre ohne Probleme.Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.
