A let down
Bought this to try and keep my hands warm while at work. I'm a postman out on delivery for 4 to 5 hours a day. I charged this fully and the first time I used it, it lasted around 2 hours on the middle setting. Today was a very cold day but the hand warmer was fully charged, I put it on the middle setting but it didn't last more than half an hour. I was going to send it back as faulty but going through the return process it seems I have to send the product back paying for the return postage and wait to be refunded, if the item returned isn't in pristine condition they not fully refund . Not worth the hassle. I'll put it in the bin where it belongs!

Took 'forever' to charge first time
This item arrived almost as flat as a pancake charge-wise. I ordered it for my disabled wife whose hands do get very cold whatever the season. The warmer was recommended to me by a friend. Anyway, my wife got one quick burst of heat from it on the lowest setting before the red light went out. Then a single blue light appeared when I pressed the button, indicating that the item needed charging. EIGHT HOURS this thing took to fully charge! So much for the 2-3 hours charging time mentioned in the poorly-written Chinaglish instructions. Even then, after my wife used it for three x fifteen minute spells on the lowest setting following the recharge, switching it off in between times, the thing needed charging again. So much for the claimed 4 to 8 hours 'working time'. I think that the charge dissipates greatly when not in use, or else the warmer I received is faulty. I will give it one more week or so before considering returning the item to Amazon as unfit for purpose. That'll take us free of Christmas. On the showing so far, I cannot possibly recommend this hand warmer.

Nice heat, long battery life and supports USB-C charging
My daughter has had a ligament injury in her hand recently and struggles in the cold weather so I thought this may help, which I'm happy to say it has.The device has a really nicely made feel - no sharp edges and not at all flimsy. Control of it is straightforward, with a long press to turn on/off and then a short press to switch between each heat setting. These range between 45 and 55 degrees so it does give out a good heat and will run for quite a few hours. The added benefit and other reason for choosing this particular one is it's USB-C port that you charge it from or can use to charge a phone. I did find that it's limited to about 1A output on charging a device so won't fast charge at USB-C speeds.I have found that a couple of USB-C chargers are not recognised by the device and so won't charge it, but the majority of mine do and it also comes with a USB-C to standard USB cable

Happy with it, warning on USB-C connector
I took delivery 3 days ago and using my own USB -C lead left it on charge (or so I thought). Then used it the next day on the golf course and it lasted only 1.5 hours. Brought it home and left it on charge for 8 hours. Nothing, no charge in it at all. Connected it to another USB-C, still not charging. Then I remembered it came with a fairly short USB-C cable. Plugged ithis cable into my charging plug and hey presto it started charging and today on the course it lasted approximately 3.5 hours on the lowest setting, not quite long enough for a 4 hour round but it does the job it's supposed to do. So, the lesson here seems to be that it only charges using the supplied USB-C cable. That must mean that all USB-C cable are not alike and reading up on them this seems to be the case.

Promised battery life not achieved.
Slightly cynical of some of the other reviews here but maybe I'm just too old or too unlucky. I have two of these units, kept in a pocket and used consecutively as hand warmers whilst playing golf. Neither unit comes anywhere close to the promised heating time. On the lowest setting I get around 3.5 heating hours out of each unit. One never quite lasts a complete round of golf. The temperature of both units seems rather poorly controlled, at times becoming almost too hot and at others I feel the need to check to see that it is still working.Despite the above they are nicely tactile and do achieve the aim of keeping my hands warm throughout a round of golf. Even if more than one unit is needed.

I bought 5 for gifts
I got these for 3 relatives who suffer from reynards in their fingers. All are very impressed as they didnt know they existed. I had one for myself and also gave one to my niece. She was particularly impressed that it has an adapter to charge your phone up if required. My mum is in her 80's and i think its simple for her to use. Comes with a nice little bag, its also ergonomic and nice to hold. The reason i havent rated battery life is I havent had them long enough to assess and i dont want to put an incorrect guess at the stars.....

Good product
Very well made, well presented product which delivers what it says on the tin. I think it's ideal for ladies' hands: most men might want a larger size. For use in the dark, the flush button can be difficult to find so would benefit from an LED or perhaps a textured surface. From cold, the unit starts to feel warm about 5 seconds after switching on and seems to be at full heat within 10 seconds. I hadn't realised but it is warm on both sides so both hands can be heated at the same time. But if using at max heat, you might have to think about where to put it down. The only real flaw is the inability to turn one side off as power is wasted if using on head, neck, etc. I will get a lot of use out of this device and will keep an eye out for the heated computer mouse for which there could be a huge market!

Mmmm, warm hands
Absolutely brilliant for this time of year now it's colder. This doesn't take too long to charge (I've been leaving it overnight but sure it doesn't it) and has already given me a couple of hours use. I took it to the fireworks display where I had it in my gloved hands without the little pouch on and it kept my hands toasty. I find on bare skin the pouch is useful to keep it comfortable. I have also used this in the back pocket on my cycling jersey where a bit of heat on the spine is just nice. It's small enough to slip in a pocket or bag and pretty lightweight so portable when you don't need it ready for when you do.
