Should left bud white led stay on continously in charging case? Right one goes from white to blue then off. Is this faulty?

If the earbud lights up continuously in white, it means it is charging, and if it shows blue light and goes out after 30 seconds, it means it is fully charged.

How do you stop the constant cutting out and stuttering sound sometimes affects just one earbud other times both, any ideas?

Not gonna lie I think that's just the lack of Bluetooth bandwidth, I had melobuds which has newer connectivity and it wasn't an issue. But I get the same thing when my phone switches positions in and out of pocket etc.

Why does Sound constantly cut out any ideas?

Never had that problem with the T17s. Mine work perfectly and better than my other buds costing considerably more. May be worth contacting the seller.
