GAT SPORT Nitraflex Advanced Pre-Workout Powder, Increases Blood Flow, Boosts Strength and Energy, Improves Exercise Performance, Creatine-Free (Green Apple, 30 Servings)

I order this particular pre-workout for kind of an unconventional reason: I'm looking for a cheaper way to replace the energy drinks that I am addicted to. Coffee just doesn't do it for me anymore, and energy drinks are too expensive to drink all the time. This stuff tastes great. I've tried the pineapple and pina colada flavors, which are also good, but I think green apple is best so I order it exclusively. I mix it with other, horrible tasting supplements and the flavor is strong enough that it masks their taste, which makes it very utilitarian. It's super high in caffeine content, which I'm assuming is what we're all using it for. I don't notice any pump necessarily, but I use a smaller scoop than the one that's included because it's so strong, I don't need 325mg of caffeine at a time (the Rockstar energy drinks I'm trying to replace are 240mg/can). It might produce some pump for those who use it as directed, but I'd be afraid of being too amped if I took that much, so I can't really speak to those effects. Overall, it makes me feel great throughout the day and I'm really glad I found it.

I've been working my way through a number of the "top recommended" pre-workouts off bodybuilding.com's best of 2016 list and so far this is my favorite. I find that unlike other pre-workouts Nitraflex does not put me on edge, cause me to shake, or cause my mind to race. The energy is slightly lower, but the increased focus and stamina more than makes up for it. Pros: - Increased pump - Increased focus - Increased stamina - Decent recovery - Reduced muscle soreness Cons: - Slightly lower energy - Large scoops I highly recommend this product if you value repeat performance over increased levels of energy; I personally don't have a problem with keeping the hype strong during my gym time so this is the best bang for my buck for me personally.

Great, but i like the Blue flavored better.

The product itself is great, good pumps, great endurance and energy. I ordered green apple and the taste was not as good as I had hoped. I will try a new flavor next time ! Overall decent pre workout!

Not a bad pre-workout for the money! Gets me through my training days without killing my bank account!

This is my favorite brand of pre workout the energy boost is great and it makes me feel stronger in the gym. Recently bought the watermelon flavor and it tastes terrible. It kind of has a chemical taste and smells like play-doh. I’d recommend any other flavor but watermelon.
