I am looking for an alternative to sticky notes for marking pages for a quick ref.** A: Yes you can write on them. I used a Biro. There is a tiny design flaw with these bookmarks. Because both sides are the same colour, when you return to your book you are not sure which page to begin reading again. I simply wrote an arrow on one side of the bookmark, so that this shows me I am looking at the correct page. Hope that answers. ## Frequently Bought Together - UpUDo 12 Pack Magnetic Bookmark, Book Marker Clip for Teachers, Students, Book Lovers, Printing on 2 Side - HIONXMGA Book Reading Light,Silent Touch Book Lamp for Reading in Bed,Rechargeable Clip on Booklight with 3 Amber Colors & 7 LEDs Precise Dimming for Eye Caring Night Reading,Book Lovers,Kids,Pink - HEMONNKAM Reading Book Light, Clip on Reading Light, Rechargeable Reading Light, Book Lights for Reading at Night in Bed, Reading Lights for Books in Bed, Book Reading Light Clip, Romantic Purple --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/396221365-upudo-12-pack-magnetic-bookmark-book-marker-clip-for-teachers](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/396221365-upudo-12-pack-magnetic-bookmark-book-marker-clip-for-teachers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
