Aluminum I think, but very well built, stout, good product. Bought for my Jeep rubicon.

Will this fit a 2008 Toyota Tundra?

These terminals are not vehicle specific. They should fit any car with top post batteries. I used them for adding off road lights to a jeep wrangler. They worked great.
