The original cup size the pump comes with is not made for women w large breasts, I wish I would of got this since the beginning. I’m able to pump a lot more milk in a shorter period of time.

**Q: Does this work with the sonata pump?**
A: Yes, all sizes of our PersonalFit Breast Shields are compatible with all Medela Breast Pumps; including Sonata.

**Q: Is this exclusively for medela pumps or would this fit others? Is it flexible to fit into other brands?**
A: The Medela PersonalFit Breast Shield will fit with Medela brand connectors.  We do not test our products with a different brand.

**Q: Does this work with the freestyle?**
A: Yes, they are compatible with the Freestyle Breast Pump as well as all of our other Medela Breast Pumps!

**Q: I’m a 34 C and measure about 30 mm (3 cm). It looks huge but will it work? Or should I go for a 30 mm flange ?**
A: Thanks for reaching out! The breast shield size will be determined based on the diameter of the nipple. We don't recommend using band width or cup size as a method to determine the best size. I was so hesitant to purchase a larger size and waste the money on something that would turn out to be huge. These are the perfect fit for me. I won't even go into nipple size lol but I am not overweight and am a B cup in bra size XXL seemed like it would never work for me but the 24mm weren't working and I was bleeding. I was in so much pain I finally caved and bought these. I bought 2 more packs and threw away all the 24s and haven't looked back. They are so worth the money to save your boobs and keep you nursing/ pumping for your baby :) I wish I would have had these for my first two babies. I never even knew they existed!
