This appears to be a quality product. Copper works too slowly to notice immediate effects. Be glad that this is lab tested. Be aware that mineral supplements often utilize the same enzymes and compete for absorption. Processing iron supplements consumes copper requiring copper supplementation, but iron does not compete with copper. Iron, calcium, or magnesium compete somewhat with zinc but do not block zinc. Zinc blocks copper for as many as 48 hours. You can check your dosage plan with any AI. Here is mine. I take iron daily. On the first day, I take iron plus a four-day dosage of zinc (40-50 mg). Iron only on the second day. Copper would be blocked/wasted. I take this copper along with iron for the next two days and then repeat the cycle. Common supplements such as Areds2 for those fighting ARMD combine zinc with copper in the same capsule. That sounds convenient but wastes the copper entirely.

I have been taking zinc for a long time. I also have white spots on one finger on my left hand for a long time, were talking years. Ive read that it is due to a zinc deficiency. Didnt make sense because i take zinc almost daily. I started taking this copper, 3 pills every other day. White spots are pretty much gone. I thought i was getting enough copper in my diet but it wasnt enough. Im happy with this copper supplement. It does make me slightly nauseous though, i take it before bed, it does go away. I do take my zinc in the day so make sure to take them away from each other because they both compete in the body. Also i am anemic and ive also read that copper helps transport iron to where your body can use it to make red blood cells. I guess i notice a lot more energy.

This is an abundant amount of copper. I bought it because I can cut the capsules, using a pill cutter. Be careful 'cause it's a large dose.

Cooper is good to use if you are on iron supplements. My daughter recommended these. Her last blood test showed her anemia had improved. The verdict is still out for me

A good supplement for those taking high dose zinc. Remember to talk to your doctor first both copper & zinc can have a negative effect if you go crazy with them.
