Great customer service and good, safe product popular with my toddler!
My 2.5 year old son has loved these since we ordered them 10 months ago, and he always requests his beverages "with a lid." I love that these are food grade silicone, and dish washer safe. The lids do require two hands to put on, and you might leak a few drops when removing them, because the liquid gets between the lid and the side of the cup a little, but I haven't found either of those things to be a big nuisance, especially as in their undamaged state they are pretty leak proof (moreso than any other cup we own), and the spouts have stood up well to a bit of chewing. Unfortunately, one of the lids came with a small tear which causes leakage, and has since developed another tear. We noticed a few months ago that a second lid had also developed a tear. Further, the rim of one of the cups has split, becoming sharp and not suitable for use without a lid (but also more likely to damage the lids). I should say, we have tile floors, which are hard, but there has been no exceptional incident which might have caused the damage - that is to say they have fallen on the floor from the height of the table, which I would consider normal, expected wear and tear for a toddler product, but nothing more dramatic.I'm now looking for replacements/additions but given the $30 price tag, I'll go with a different brand this time.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company after the first post and they offered to send me replacements. Firstly, I think that kind of customer service is worth a lot. Secondly, having already done some looking around, most of the similar products seem vulnerable to tears and many aren't food grade, in case that matters. Thirdly, the batch that was just sent to me seems nicer quality, at least in the cups, particularly the rim (in the photo, the right hand cup is the old cup and the left hand chip is the new one). It seems like the rim is rolled all the way under this time, so the edges are rounder and smoother, which I imagine will also be easier on the lids. So, all in all, I'd highly recommend.

Not my favorite type of sippy cup...
I love the cup part of these! It's the best part. We have lots of stainless steel cups (grown-up sized) and they just look like mini versions of those. We've never had trouble with these leaking, so that is good. The part I don't like is the tops do not get clean in the dishwasher. I tried a couple of times and then started washing them by hand because they just would not get clean any other way. Easy enough to clean, though. Also, I find it annoying that when you remove the top, if there's anything inside (even a little bit), the leftover liquid flies everywhere. So I open it only over the sink and really don't refill them since it's a messy ordeal to get a wet top back on the cup.Recently, one of the tops got a rip in its side. Not sure how long it'll hold up now. I purchased these under 5 months ago and we use them maybe three times a week. So maybe it's just from use 🤷 but I probably wouldn't purchase again. No problem with the company! Just don't love this type of sippy cup.Still nice we get to use the metal cups for a long time, though! So I don't regret the purchase.

Best sippy I have ever used
Love these cups! My toddler has been chucking them across the room on to the tile as he loves to do and they do not leak, dent, or come apart. I also have witnessed him gnawing the spout (I guess he is trying to rip it off lol) but there are no holes and the material hasn’t stretched at all. It doesn’t say on the box they come in if they are dishwasher safe and I haven’t checked online but I’ve been washing the stainless steel cups in the dishwasher and hand washing the tops. My advice is to make sure you pull the tops down all the way over the cup (i didn’t the first couple of times and they leaked), and to not fill up the cups all the way because you will have spills when pulling the tops over the cups. Love that there is no plastic insert to the top. His drinks stay cold in the stainless steel. I will be telling all my friends with little ones about these. Very pleased with the materials and design.

Best toddler cups
I have been hesitant to try this type of cup since it looks like it would just spill everywhere but I was wrong. They work so well it's leaked far less than other plastic or even the clean kanteen. We are still using the other set we bought a few months ago and loved them so much we bought another. They don't hold smells and bacteria like the plastic bottles we've been wasting our money on. Only one top was chewed off by our dog but our kids haven't managed to chew any bits off. My toddler has only gotten the top off twice ever over a period of months compared to contant spills and taking the tops off of plastic cups. The top stays on even when they throw the cup around and it doesn't break. Our family was spending at least $20 a month on plastic cups that would just break or start to smell but these are saving us a ton of money. They are much healthier and less wasteful. I should have been buying these from the start.

Didn’t work for us (age 1 yr)
I bought these because I liked the simplicity: only a couple pieces, tops could go on other cups, small size for tiny hands, and dishwasher safe. My daughter may have been too young (my fault), but I thought other people considering these cute cups might appreciate the comment. We got them when she was just over 1 year old. The lids didn’t last more than a month; she picked them off one by one, using her finger to poke through and rip all the valve holes. It also didn’t take her long to learn the cup could become a super-soaker by holding it sideways with the bottom on her chest and then pulling in on the lid. Pretty funny, but also super messy! I have saved the cups for when she is done with sippy cups (the lids are pretty much toast). I think these are probably best suited for an older child. Giving 3 stars because they are really nice quality (but not indestructible from a curious 1 year old).
