Gibbon Slacklines Trick Tension Anchor, with extra big ratchet, for advanced trickline setup, compatible to any 2" wide trickline from GIBBON, with XL treewear, maximum safety thanks to back-up line

We use this this ratchet on a 85 ft line from SI. I cut the loop off the far side of the SI slackline and use this ratchet on that side in tandem with the SI ratchet on the other side. This allows me to really crank down. I always release tension on the side with the Gibbon ratchet because I noticed it doesn't damage the line like the SI ratchet does.

Wish I could buy this separately and not only in a set. On high tension the extended handle can flex side to side and jump over ratchet teeth. But I am satisfied with its overall operation/performance and would recommend it.

The ultimate trickline ratchet, there's nothing else like it available! this kit come with all you need for one anchor point, which is great! you get 1 ratchet, 1 shackle, 1 sling and 1 Tree Wear XL (practical witht hte sling starps to set up your trickline alone). gibbon really thought of trickliners when they came up with this one... I use it with a Slow Release and rigging has never been as easy!

I'm very excited to add this setup to my Gibbon Surferline. However, it didn't come with the shackle.I hope to update this review once I have a chance to use it and receive the missing item.

Le cliquet est évidement plus lourd que sur un kit de moyenne gamme mais bien plus performant. Personnellement lorsque je tends au cliquet je ne me soucie pas du poids. Il est d'ailleurs préférable d'avoir ce seul cliquet haute de gamme plutôt que deux cliquets en kit. En complétant de l'autre côté par une attache manille+ élingue + linelock = environ 30€, on peut également tendre une sangle même très élastique de 25 mm avec des spacers (jusqu'à 30m avec un seul cliquet et environ 50m à 2 cliquets). La rotation "inversée" et la double poignée augmentent la puissante du système. Pour la majeure partie des utilisations il est inutile d'acheter un deuxième système Anchor. J'ai préféré investir dans un banana (Ginkgo 2 à 55€) qui sera également utilisable avec des poulies. Avec ce kit haute de gamme on peut étaler les dépenses, avoir un système de tension bien meilleur puis acheter n'importe quelle "vraie" slack de la longueur souhaitée contrairement à un kit tout compris de moyenne gamme qui ne sera pas évolutif, et ça pour un prix assez similaire!

Broke within 8 months of use. I made sure to keep it in good condition, with a medium amount of use (not a huge amount of tricklineing) and I've never had ratchets break on me before.

Sie ist perfekt um auf seine Line die nötige Spannung zu bekommen und dank Baumschutz kann man guten Gewissens slacken. Die Rundschlinge (passt um die meisten Bäume) mit dem Schäkel sorgt dafür das die Line schön grade hängt. Zu der XXL-Ratsche - Wow, mit diesem Hebelarm bekommt man eine unmenschliche Spannung auf die Slackline (nun wird klar weshalb es ein Sicherungsseil gibt) und ist damit pflicht für jeden der Lust hat herumzuspringen.Der Grund für "nur" 4 Sterne ist lediglich der hohe Preis, meiner Meinung nach hätte ruhig 2 Baumschützer, 2 Rundschlingen und 2 Schäkel dabei sein können. Somit hätte man ein perfektes Setup in Kombination mit der Jib Line.Kann ich jedem Slackliner weiterempfehlen.
