Both a case and lens caps are included.

Does it include the lens caps

Yes, it does. There are attached on a loop you fit on the binocular frame so you can let them hang while viewing. Each cap has its own loop.

Are these comfortable for people with glasses?

Yes I find them comfortable. The eyepiece covers can be kept flat to put the eyepiece right against the glasses. Without glasses the eyepiece twists out to form a little cup around the lens.
