This is the BEST!! As someone with intestinal issues (crohns) I struggled with going once I was on humira. Other products give you cramps, horrible experiences or simply do not work. This is an amazing product. When I first took it, it made me extremely bloated. By the next day, I was flushing out stuff that had probably been in my system for many, many years. Now, I'm a little dependent on it. I've had a terrible digestive system since birth. My body does not know how to eliminate waste. Taking this regularly keeps me regular, healthy, and happy. I will probably be taking this for the rest of my life. The only problem is how long it takes to get it delivered to you!!!! I don't know if that's a Health Force thing or an Amazon thing, but it's extremely annoying. I placed my last order over a week ago and still have not received anything. I just checked my order details, and even after paying for 2-day shipping, my order has been pushed back yet another day. I ran completely out on Friday and now have gone three days without going to the bathroom. I'm in pain. This is the second time this slow shipment has happened to me with this product. So, my advice to anyone who wants it... If you're like me and have an upset system and find you need these herbs to live a healthy, comfortable life, buy in bulk. I thought I was doing the smart thing by ordering my new batch over week before my current batch ran out, but alas, this shipping is very unreliable and I'm stuck without. Amazing product, terrible, terrible, terrible, delivery speed.

best gentle "laxitive" ive ever used. rhubarb ftw. dont expect extreme results. like you might not have results for a day or 2, maybe more. be patient. for me it works great.

After suffering from IBS-C & chronic constipation from taking pain meds since 2009 I have suffered pain & discomfort for too long wondering if anything would ever be 'normal' again. I have also been to the ER 2x with blockages. I have been on miralax daily, I often take 5/5 mgs of biscydol & 5 stool softeners. It takes days for it to work & I have all the uncomfortable cramping that goes with it, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have tried enimas and many times that does not work. I have also tried magnesium and still not always getting results. I am lucky if I go once a week. This has been life changing for me and I will never be without it again!!! After 3 days of taking this and clearing things out, I am finally regular again!!!! I usually have 2-3 healthy movements a day, and no cramping!!! I take 1 in the a.m. & 1 at night now for maintenance. The first 3 days I took 2 in the a.m. and again in the evening. This has simply been a miracle for me. I hope my review will help at least one person with this awful condition. I am a first time regular customer, so this really is a true testament.
