The material is cheap
This outtermaterial is stiff, uncomfortable, and noisy. The stuffing does NOT fill out and get fluffy like the photos do. Do not buy.

EDIT 3/20/22-5⭐️Cust. service! [I was so excited for this…so the disappointment was that much more]
EDIT 3/20/22 - I’m editing this review and bumping up my rating by one star for two reasons: first, my ignorance regarding the feel of high quality cotton shouldn’t be held against the product; and second, because of the customer service provided by this company - they REALLY want their customers to be happy with their purchase(s)! That’s not something you come across much these days, so it needs to be acknowledged. The issues I had with the fabric in my initial review stand, but I wanted to explain them better. This comforter is well made, seems durable, and definitely has a substantial amount of fill, but despite the outer material being described as 100% cotton, it’s not soft AT ALL!! It’s stiff, scratchy and noisy. The fill distribution is very uneven within each square no matter how much I shake it. Putting it in the dryer - which they tell you to do if the “fluffing” doesn’t work - made it clump worse, so I’ve been trying to separate it by hand, square by square, which takes forever and isn’t very effective - it just clumps right back up.Bc the fabric is so stiff, there’s no getting the wrinkles out of it - I had hoped the dryer would help with that too, but it made zero difference. As a bonus, putting it in the dryer came with a surprise: if you grew up in the 80’s, you might remember Shrinky Dinks. They were bomb! Am I too old to say that? Probably, but oh well. Short version for any youngin’s reading this, they were stiff plastic-y sheets with cartoon pics on them you colored in with colored pencils, then put them in the oven and they shrank. They had zero point or use after the fact, but we loved them anyway! Anyhow, that’s what happened to the tag on this comforter when I put it in the dryer. Which again, they TELL you to do, so I obviously assumed was ok to do. It’s now so tiny it took me a while to find it…I was starting to wonder if it fell off, but nope, it just shrank and shriveled up into what looks and feels like a very hard Frito.I’m sure washing the comforter eventually softens up the outside cover (they are washable), but I have a top-loader and can’t fit even half of this in there, so that’s not an option for me. There’s more than enough fill, so it IS very fluffy, it’s just not evenly distributed within each square. It’s definitely a winter comforter, it’s super warm and perfect for frigid northeast PA winters. I got this to replace my 10 year-old first ever down comforter, which I bought from JC Penney’s without bothering to look at the label, so I had zero knowledge of what fabric made up the outer shell - it was soft right out of the package, so I foolishly assumed they were all like that. I was wrong…lesson learned, I should’ve paid more attention to the details and description.I wasn’t planning on using a duvet cover because what’s the point of making these in different colors if you still have to wrestle them into a duvet cover? I wanted to avoid the hassle, so the dark gray was one of the selling points for me…but in the end, it was necessary. The 8 ties makes it a lot easier to get the cover on. It absolutely resolved my issues with the feel of the outer shell.Overall, this a very high quality down comforter in terms of its construction, the amount of fill and subsequent warmth, but for the rest of the ‘me’s’ out there, make sure you know what you’re buying, because the outer shell fabric situation almost ruined it for me!

Bare spots
I was not a fan of this comforter. The material was a bit stiff and not very soft. More importantly it had bare spots with no fill in it.

Squishy & Comfy - just how I like em’.
I got the Queen size Goose Down filled grey colored comforter. Overall it’s a great value. It’s soft and fairly lightweight. It’s a great snuggle blanket for cold nights. It has nice clean look- a bit wrinkled when it first came out but that’s to be expected. Was shipped vacuum packed which was great.I’m loving this so far and it kept me really warm last night. ❤️👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

Let's talk comfort!
This comfoter is SO comfortable however I do have a few suggestions prior to use. Before use, let it air out for a few hours up to a day! It does have a slight smell after opening and is rather flat, but after its aired out and fluffed up a bit, it is an amazing comforter. The comforter is light but still gives me enough warmth for those cold nights.Very well made, large, soft and warm. You wont regret this purchase!Overall Value: For the quality and comfort, along with very fair pricing, this is a great purchase.

Luxury
I am so happy with this! It's the perfect weight for fall through spring, being warm but not too stuffy. It's just delightfully fluffy and soft and I sleep really well with it. My cat loves it too- she never used to hang out on the bed with my old quilt, but since putting this comforter on the bed, I catch her sleeping on it all the time! I like the grey color, but for longevity's sake I would definitely recommend using a duvet cover so that the down isn't being put through a washer too frequently. It's not a cheap purchase, but I think you're getting very good value for money and I expect this to last a long time.

Very warm and comfortable down comforter
I had been looking for a goose down duvet for a while that’s not too expensive. This is just what I’ve been wanting. A duvet filled with actual down that is warm and a dark color. I know you could get a cover of any color but I prefer dark color duvets to match my bedroom’s color scheme. While not as fluffy as the photos show, I am pleased with the main point of the product. It is very warm. It’s has kept us cozy during the colder weather we have had lately and it is worth every penny.
