Size was perfect for my changing table that’s attached to the crib.
It’s smaller than most but that made it perfect for what I needed it for. The changing table I have is attached to the crib and this one fits perfectly and came with a cover!

Perfect for crib with attached diaper changing table
I was if-y about ordering this as many reviews saying they received the bigger version, but I received the 16 in X 27 in X 4 in I wanted. It also comes with a super soft cover as well. It is just the additional cushion I was looking for as the original little pad the crib cane with was flat and uncomfortable for him.

I ordered this as a gift. This fit perfect in the changing table that they have attached to the crib because it is not standard size.

Great pad and comes with cover
This is a great pad that comes with its own cover as well. We put a waterproof pad on top and call it good. It has side bumpers which was big for us since our changing table came with a flat and thin pad so it was a great replacement.

Fit perfect
Inherited an older crib with the side changing table built in for my grandson. Measured and looked all over Amazon trying to find one that would fit. Finally stumbled onto this and it fits perfectly. Winner!
