Exactly what I was looking for!
I needed something for my brother after his shoulder surgery so I took a chance & tried this. It was perfect! He can sit upright and recline in several different positions. And, when finally allowed to lie flat, he can do that as well. It’s space-saving and solidly built. If you’re taller (maybe over about 5’10”) then it’s not ideal for sleeping flat, but otherwise it would be perfect. Shipping was surprisingly fast for a piece of furniture and I will definitely consider buying another one in the future!

Meh 🫤
Before I start on my thoughts of this chair I want to say that when I ordered I decided I should have gotten the dark grey (pictured) and not the light grey I ordered. I did the contact seller thing through Amazon and they changed my color for me. So I was happy with customer service. Also I ordered this chair Sunday night and received it Wednesday so really fast shipping which also made me happy. Now onto what I think about the chair….Let me start by pointing out the good parts. It’s pretty easy to put together and I would say 95% of the instructions were pretty clear to understand. It comes in just one box so there is no worrying if all of the boxes will arrive at the same time. Also once put together it looks really nice. The fabric is not itchy which was something I worried about. The bottom pulls out smoothly and goes back in just as smoothly. It also appears to be pretty sturdy as I’m sitting on it while I write this review. Now the semi negative (depending on your preferences). This is VERY firm. The cushions are not as thick as I expected. In fact I can feel the hard board through the padding when I was taking it out of the box. I would compare the thickness of the cushions to your basic futon mattress- it’ll do the job but you may not want to sleep on it too many nights -especially if you have hit the age that when you wake up in the morning and you snap, crackle or pop. Since I bought this primarily for an 80+ grandmother to sleep on when she comes to visit so I may be taking another (slightly more expensive route) and try to sell this one to balance out the cost. My back is starting to hurt sitting on this chair so I will stop there. Hope this helps with making a decision.

A great value and wonderful for smaller spaces
The instructions can be a little confusing at times, but not too bad and pretty simple to put together. Give yourself about an hour to put it together but once you get everything done, it is so comfortable! I love that it fits in a guest bedroom as a nice chair to lounge in or you can lay it flat as a space for a single sleeper. am impressed with the versatility of this and given the price I think it’s worth the value for what you pay. I think it looks really sharp and professional but you can put blankets or pillows on it to soften it up a bit. I can’t get over how comfortable it is though.

So uncomfortable, but functional
I got this chair solely because I'm down with a knee injury and need to keep my leg straight. Sitting on my couch was hurting my back after a week so this chair seemed like a great solution. It comes in one box and my friend assembled it for me pretty easily. I'm keeping the foot rest part out all the time and it allows me to put a laptop tray with legs across my lap and is wide enough to fit it comfortably. The first two days was a weekend and I only sat in it now and then, preferring the couch to fully recline. I have this against a wall so didn't want to worry about pulling it out when the couch is right there. Monday rolled around and it was the first day of sitting in it all day, the desk worked great, my leg is up, all seemed well but hour 4 hit and holy cow this is sooo uncomfortable. It's hard as a rock and we knew that testing it out but 8 hours if sitting is pure pain. I do have issues with my tailbone so that makes the problem worse. I ordered a memory foam bath mat I'm going to put on the seat but I'm even now sitting on a memory foam pillow and it's still rough to be in it all day. I think if it's just an extra chair that is occasionally used you'll be fine and even though I'm sure it would be uncomfortable to sleep in it's better than the floor when you have extra guests. I got it because it's inexpensive and temporary but figured if I love it I'll move it somewhere later. At this rate it's not something that is going to stick around once I'm walking again. Seriously hard as a rock and I wanted a firm chair but it's too much.

Super Impressed!!
For the money, you can’t beat this chair, recliner, chaise lounger!!!! I’m the least handy person you’ll meet but I can read directions and it took me 90 minutes to put together. Easy to follow instructions and all the parts you could need. Decent quality construction FOR THE VALUE and it is lightweight yet sturdy. The seating is firm but comfortable and the included pillows provide plenty of comfortable support but you can add your own, too. Assembled correctly, the ottoman slides out easily and pops right up! The photos are pretty true to the color grey which is medium to dark with a slight blue tone depending on the light. I’m happy!
