Cajon Fryer alternate
I put this kit on a 8.5 gallon Cajon Fryer. The fryer needs a 15 PSI regulator to work properly and Cajon Fryer is sold out with no ETA on new stock. The Cajon Fryer company seems to have a proprietary regulator assembly because I couldn’t find it anywhere. So I bought this hoping it would work. It works like a champ. I had no problems at all heating up my cooker.

The thing is junk
It does not maintain steady gas flow. The adjustment is sloppy and the gauge is useless. Don't waste your money.
