These wireless Bluetooth headphones are awsome! Don't know why I waited so long to get them. I work from home and constantly in phone and online meetings. These pair with my phone and computer at the same time which is great. Best feature is I can now get up and leave my home office to get a drink or whatever anytime during a meeting. No longer tethered to my computer. Sound quality is great, and people on the other end report clear sound as well and they can't hear my background noise!

I was comparing if I should go with blue tooth or wired. This one is good, but regarding mic quality, it is incomparable to wired ones. This one is easy to install. I plugged it into MacBook and right away was able to start using it.

This item was sold as new. The item was not new. I got over it. But then the mic does NOT block any noise out at all and the headset does not connect via Bluetooth as described in add. Other headset exactly like this one I paid double for before this one in less that 6 months the mic no longer works. Both said they have 2 year manufacturers warranty and they are not responding. I wouldn’t waste my time or money if I were the next person.

Was introduced to this quality headset at a place where I worked and liked them so much I bought a pair for myself. Excellent battery life, switches seamlessly between devices, and excellent quality for voice calls. Took a star off because these are merely adequate for musical content. Noise cancellation on the mic was sufficient to block out construction noise in the next room when I was in the middle of a home remodel.

Update: high quality buttons, voice notification. quality equipment. Worked in Discord with literally no fuss. Just showed up after plugging in. 'lsbusb' shows "Plantronics, Inc. Poly BT700" device Very light. Audio is fine for what it is. Microphone stem is adjustable.

**Edit 1.5.22** I returned this because the auto volume was too stressful. **Original review** Honestly a solid 3 star product. I wanted to give it more, I wanted to be in love with this, but it is so aggravating. I'm using this with Avaya, and anyone that also uses Avaya knows its main goal in life is to make your shift as frustrating as possible. I'm using this with a thin client, as I work from home. I was using a gaming headset which was fine but I didn't like being wired or the bulk. So enter me paying $160 for this. -It is so comfortable. My ears don't get hot. It doesn't squeeze on my ears or top of my head. I really think Plantronics went above and beyond with the padding on this one. -It is not a plug and play, as I tried to do first. I installed the software, changed my system settings. I had the most god awful connection and choppy calls. The mute button did not work initially,, I thought it was but received no feedback from the headset or computer thay it did.. actually didn't know until a customer said bless you after a sneeze,, and I had been using this for 3 days prior to that, so it was pretty mortifying that customers may have heard the coughs and stuff. -I actually had a return started until I decided to download the app to my phone and mess around with it there. So do that, btw, because it needed an update that I could not do on my thin client, because it is an rdt situation. -After messing around with the app on my phone and the update, the headset now tells me when it's powered on, when it's connected, how much battery is left and when I am muted or not. Also if I try to talk when I am muted it tells me I am muted. **What I hate the most about this is the fricken auto volume. If I am not paying attention to my computer/avaya, I will not know a call has come in until I hear someone on the other end. Sometimes legit not at all. The volume will turn down when a call is over and up when another one comes in but the volume coming back up is unreliable. There have been times its automatically turned all the way down on a call and I don't notice until I see the speaker at the bottom of my screen with an X icon. No amount of messing with the app changes this and there are no system settings to adjust either. -My customers can barely hear me, even with HD voice activated. Again, nothing on the app can assist and my system mic volume is set to 100 with the mic almost inside of my mouth. Both of those last things suck and the only reason this gets 3 stars. Hopefully a patch at some point, please? Obviously I cancelled my return request. I'm going to keep it because the issue with mute was resolved. I love being wireless and I'm happy to have a quality device that works with Avaya- Even if it is so-so.

Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset works as expected. Quick and easy to set up and auto connect quickly to Bluetooth devices. Sounds quality is good.

A must have in a call center environment! I cannot live without a wireless headset. I hate being teathered to a desk.

The sound quality from the headphones is good for listening to music, but the outgoing call quality of your voice to the listener is rubbish, compared with much smaller and cheaper devices. If you want your voice to sound realistic, avoid this as it makes any voice sound, much weaker and Tinnier

Le uso per il mio lavoro e sono estremamente comode

I'm extremely happy with these so far. Sound quality is good, wireless range using its USB bluetooth dongle is excellent, and noise cancellation seems good (though I don't use them in a particularly noisy environment). Charge seems to last quite a while and they recharge fairly quickly via USB cable in a power bar. The big feature for me is that they sit flat "on ear" rather than cupping around the ear as most headphones these days do; and for me this is kind of essential for comfort. I don't know if I've got larger-than-normal ears, or they protrude more than is common, but I find the vast majority of ear-cupping headphones extremely uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. These ones sit flat on the ear which I assume means they aren't able to cancel out surrounding noise quite as well but for me they're infinitely more comfortable to wear.

ME gustaron mucho, son comodos, vi algunos comentarios de que ajustan muy fuerte, pero al menos a mi me parecio bien, porque no se mueven y asi no caen. La calidad de sonido es muy buena, tan buena que se escuchan como si tuvieras oido completamente cubierto por el audifono, pero no, eso te permite también escuchar el sonido del entorno, la pila dura bastante, entonces ampliamente recomendable

The Bluetooth connection and it’s voice quality is not up to expectations, sometimes it get disconnected but very thing is ok via usb-C. Overall the headset does not meet my expectation with the price tag.
