Highly recommended
Can't beat the price for the quality. The banneton looks every bit as good as my more expensive ones, and this one came with stencils, a cloth cover and a dough scraper. The dough scraper isn't heavy-duty, but it'll be useful. The stencils are cute. The cloth is of a nice, thick material and fits the banneton well. If you want to try a banneton, this is a great price for what looks like a well-made, durable product. Highly recommended!

I have been wanting one for a long time and I love it.
Used it for the first time. Love the design it leaves on the bread. Dough comes out of bowl easily when sprayed lightly with water and thoroughly floured with rice flour. This product shipped fast, was packaged well, and is well made. There are no flaws in the basket whatsoever. I used the basket liner as a cover while proofing and a stencil to decorate the top of my loaf after scoring. I will get many years of use and have fun while making bread with this bundle. I would highly recommend purchasing this item.

This Basket Has Helped Me Make Some Fantastic Bread
The media could not be loaded. I just started making my own yeast from a starter using no cane sugar and no processed yeast. Not knowing what I was doing, I watched a video and the lady had a basket just like this that she used to put her dough in to rise.I didn't find any instructions so I kind of just did it on my own.First, I flowered the basket really well and put my dough in it to rise. It worked really well and I must have floured it enough because the dough came out easily. Then, I seen where you flour the cloth basket insert to let the bread rise. That works well too, but I think the bread gets crustier using just the basket.I did this video... no words, just some pictures of my starter, the basket and how I floured the cloth insert. I also show a couple loaves of bread and how well they came out.I like this so well that now I want to get an oblong one.

The basket is just beautiful! It leaves a lovely pattern on bread dough
The basket is just beautiful! It leaves a lovely pattern on bread dough. So light due to being made with wood reed, it has a liner too which hangs just above the bottom of the bowl. Now i feel like a pro! i used a very sticky dough to test it out with some oil spray and a good dusting with brown rise flour. The dough fell out so easily i almost dropped it. The rings of flour on the loaf looked fantastic. Well worth the investment! I took a loaf to friends dinner party last night, it was the talk of the meal, with everyone taking pictures of it!!!

Well made & comes with extras
I've recently started baking my own bread because I accidentally left part of a loaf of store bought bread on top of my fridge. When I was cleaning my kitchen a few weeks later, I found the partial loaf and thought to myself, well..this needs to go to the trash, and when I was putting it into the bin, I noticed that it had not gone moldy, it really and I mean REALLY disturbed me that I had been eating something that had so much preservatives and who knows what else in it. I have been fairly successful with my bread making so far, making no knead type Artisan loaves, so decided to try branching out with my bread forming. This Brotts Banneton set is well worth the price, and the lame, scraper & stencils have given my loaves a more professional look and I am happy that I am eating bread that may not have such a long shelf live, but by gosh it's tastier and no longer contains unpronounceable ingredients.

A must have for those new to break making
I’m new to bread making and in the process of gathering the proper equipment. From everything I’ve read about making artisan breads, the basket size is perfect. It seems sturdy and well made. The free download from their website offers great suggestions and recipes. I’m so looking forward to using this! As a note of caution for novice bread makers like me who hadn’t a clue what a lame was. I thought it was an item for scraping gooey dough off one’s fingers. So, be very careful when opening it and get your fingers well out of the way! As a side note, this seller provides excellent, prompt, and caring customer service. I highly recommend them and their products!

I have just started baking artisan breads having been urged on by a friend of mine. This basket is great! It also came with decorative stencils to peronalize your bread (I haven't used them yet) a free download of an ebook with tips and recipes and the scraper/scoop thing...very helpful with moving dough from one place to the next. I am not looking at the product details now so am not using the right terminology! I have only made two batches of 'Mater recipe" from the book 'Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day' which has kept us in bread for a few weeks now (made several loaves fresh every other day or so with dough stored in fridge.) Anyway. Great product, great service and extras! Worth it all day long!

I bought this as a gift for a dear friend in India. Since she was the one who used it, I paste her feedback below since she couldn't do it herself. My own experience was fantastic. The seller contacted me and asked me whether the product was good and also included recipes in the email. I highly recommend this seller. With regards to the product itself, here is my friend's feedback:---Good Bannetonnes are hard to come by in India and the very first loaf I baked in this basket was beautiful. It was incredibly easy to use and the bread came out of it easily with the pattern from the basket intact.I'm very happy and see myself using it a lot!
