I'm always looking for easy to prepare food items like rice, beans, or Indian dishes in microwavable poaches. Most are pretty good. I've tried pasta in poaches in the past and never thought much of them and don't keep them around.When I came across these Pasta Zing products on Amazon, I had to try them. I am impressed. Followed the 1-minute microwave instruction and poured in a bowl. The appearance and texture are great. The tast without any oils, sauces or seasoning was very good. The plain pasta had a taste, not bland. I couldn't cook better and there's no problem with over and undercooking, scalding water and the mess. These Zing pastas are my go to pastas.I'm a big fan of whole wheat products. Hopefully they can Zing-up some options soon.

Quality product and so convenient. The size is perfect for 1 if you are using it as a meal and love pasta as much as I do. The sodium content is on par with other pre-packaged products. It's so versatile to use. I buy the pasta sauce sold by the same company, and another sauce they have. You can use butter alone or with a bit of parmesan cheese. The possibilities are truly endless. I will continue to purchase this item to have on hand.

This product was actually very good, all things considered! I would recomend that the cooking time be extended a little! Some due possibly to the "nuke" you're/I'm using (it's little old but...) and a little more because the pasta seemed a bit..."heavy" is the only word I can think of other starchy. Like it wasn't quite "aldente'. But, then again, that may be due to my twisted taste buds! And, no I did not rinse the pasta! Maybe next itme I will! Then, I tried it with butter, garlic and Italian seasonings. To my taste, not best, but better. I then, tried some of one of my "go to" Marinara Sauce's from a bottle and reheated it for an additional 1:30! So, that's a total of 2:35. That was better but I'd recommend some more experimentation. Plus, I'm going to ask a friend who is a great cook. All things considered, the volume was great, the product certainly had a lot of value.

I was looking for somethimg easy for my limited access cooking-mainIy a microwave. I was hesitant because I don't like the premade pasta you usually find in the grocery, and it still needs cooking, ending with not so great texture or flavor.I took a chance and got the pasta type assortment of packets.Skeptical, I started with my least favorite type of pasta, bowtie, as a test. To my surprise it had a good texture, tasty and you can't beat fully prepared in 60 seconds. I threw in a packet of lemon pepper salmon and had a 60 second hot meal.All three varieties are good and they great to keep on hand for a quick, easy hot meal base.This pasta would be good for a hot meal at work or college dorm, as it doesn't need refridgeration. It's easy to add a variety of ingredients to change up your menu. It's size is great (and adequate) for single servings.I will be a repeat customer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good quality microwave pasta. Easy to make and goes well with any sauce or butter. It’s shelve steady and can be taken and made for lunch or dinner as a complement to anything you want to add to or with it.

Cooks in sixty seconds. Throw whatever you want on it and it’s a meal. I don’t like cooking pasta so I use this. Last dish was veg, shroom, and fresh mozzarella. It’s the paper to your crayons. Use your imagination.

Bought this not expecting much other than convenience. Wow, was I surprised. No more pots and colanders and clean up for one or two people.I find it perfectly al dente. Sure break out the equipment for family dinners or company otherwise this is your go to.

Really good,for last minute meal. Spaghetti is Al dente. Great taste and noodle consistency is perfect. Not ideal for two or more people but perfect for 1
