Self Assessing Book
Mindfulness gives the tools, tips and deceives you have to de-anxiety and de-mess your mind. There are lots of facts thrive from reading this book not only that it brings me close to my family thus making them functional at home and lastly it helps me reduce heart rate thus lowering my blood pressure. I gained more from this book than my exhausted mind could plan to teach.It shows us in laymans terms how to "live at the time" and not to stress over what is waiting for us later on and what has happened yesterday. These are things which generally are past our control.This is the best, most compact book on the subject I've read to date.

EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT!
The first thing that hit me immediately is the horrible spelling/grammar in this book! (Within the first few pages, I was shaking my head with the errors)......As though it was written by a first-grader! Also disappointed that there is no publisher information......Looks like I can write a book myself, have it copied and start selling on Amazon. I'm becoming extremely more disappointed as time goes on with the type of product Amazon is selling. I think there should be more attention paid to "quality control". HORRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Does anyone proof-read this books anymore????? I'll volunteer for that job because no one should be subjected to these awful grammatical issues!!!!!

Very nice book! I now have gained a fuller understanding of what meditation is and how I can benefit from it. In the book, you will read the science that supports this meditation practice. You will hear about successful people who have used meditation in their lives for a variety of reasons. I better of now that I know the teachings from this book and anyone else will be too.

Nice book ! Mindfulness really is key to having healthy relationships and positive daily interactions. This book teaches you how to be mindful with easy steps to understand and follow. Trying to understand certain meditation techniques are usually challenging, but this book simplifies everything. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to clear their thoughts.

Thoroughly recommend this book, I learned a lot from it!
I am very glad I bought this book, I have learned a lot about mindfulness from the book.Particularly helpful was the section on "How can mindfulness be helpful to me", it tells you some good ways to use this in practice.I was interested to learn that famous people mentioned in the book like Hugh Jackman use techniques like those listed in the book and all of the other well known people mentioned in the book.I am definitely keen to try some of the techniques mentioned in the book such as the 'No touch massage' and the 'Pain reduction technique'.
