The heating pad is good. It heats quickly, maybe couple of minutes is usually sufficient. Retains heat for good amount of time. Second time heating is much quicker. I even had washed the pad under two water and dried it in normal air, when dust had gathered after not using it for sometime. It is still working good. Just ensure the cover over the socket is closed and you don't directly drop water near and around the socket. Or, you can wipe it using a wet cloth.Only draw back is the electric cable wire which is very short and the socket is unique 3 pin. Which means, it will be difficult to replace the cable (on the socket side which goes into the heating pad).

It's good product so far. Packaging was poor. No instructions. No safety guidelines. Non isi product. It work as it should but amazon or seller should have included some safety information or safety certificate

The media could not be loaded. I order dis ( heating pad ) product .. and I got red colour instead of pink and also the product is defective .. I asked for return but the person from Amazon as said it’s of pink color I won’t take this .. and said inform Amazon people .. now please .. please help what to do ..

Extremely useful and value for money product

The media could not be loaded. It's quiet comfortable during delhi winters to give u warmth, easy to operate , hardly takes 10 mins to get hot and last for around 2hrs. Also good enough for pain relief
