Great for just about anything - cake, sourdough bread, brioche, etc if you're looking for a tall loaf tin. Releases baked goods easily with only light greasing.

Compact loaf pan- high edges
Great quality. High edges. I proof My sourdough sandwich loaves in these in the fridge and bake straight from the fridge. Compact loaves but absolutely nonstick. I do Spray w a neutral oil before placing in the dough. Never has stuck. Very happy. Will buy more but need longer loaves

Don’t let the size fool you, this bread pan is PERFECT
At first I thought the pan was lacking in length, but after using this pan it’s perfect. The height of this pan helps in even baking and getting a great crust on the bread. I will definitely be buying another pan. The quality is A+
