(Update 10/18/2022) The company reached out to me and made things right. They sent me out a replacement and it is exactly what I had hoped for when I originally purchased. Consistent and accurate thickness, easy to cut, the correct size and helps immensely with cooling. Overall, I do recommend this assuming you get what I received the second time. (Original Review) I’ve used thermal pads many times and have never experienced the sadness that this has caused before. When you buy a thermal pad, thickness and consistency is everything. If you don’t get proper contact across the entire surface, you risk overheating. I ordered a 1.5mm pad and the thing I received was inconsistent (.2-2.1mm) all over. The pad itself was also smaller than advertised. I literally could not use a single piece. Inside the package there was thermal pad squished all over and when I tried to cut a piece, it crumbled to pieces. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The Seller is great. My package came earlier than expected and was packaged professionally. The item was fairly good in respect to the thermal pads being the correct thickness. However, the plastic side that you need to peel off was rather hard to remove. Other thermal pads that I have used in the past, were easier to remove, but this brand was a little bit difficult. Other than that, the brand does what it is supposed to do. I also recommend that you need to be very careful and exact when measuring and cutting this product because there is no room for error when it comes to the amount, they provide you in the package. If you feel you might make a mistake, I suggest you get an extra package in case you make a mistake. All-in-all, the product does what it is supposed to do, you just need to make sure that you measure and cut correctly and you might have better luck than I did trying to remove the plastic. I had to use an X-acto blade to remove it.

No es culpa del fabricante sino de mi pereza y ChatGPT, compré el espesor incorrecto para mi tarjeta de vídeo Sapphire pulse 7900XTX. Si alguien lee esto antes de comprar para las mismas tarjetas, por favor revisen bien porque el espesor es mayor (creo que 2,5mm). if you are plannig to replace old pads from a laptop get the dimension of the old ones so you cut the same size. I got two of this to be safe. Best results if you cut it with a blade.
