Perfect Keto MCT Oil Supplement Powder, Unflavored | 30 Servings

I've been testing this and the stuff from the Quest guys. If you care a lot about quality (which I do), this product wins hands down. When compared to Quest MCT, I'd break it down like this:PROS- This blends really nicely in smoothies and morning coffee, without a strong taste. Quest has a bit more of an aftertaste.- Digestive ease. WOW was this easier on the stomach than straight MCT oil. I used to drink bulletproof coffee (grass-fed butter + MCT oil) every morning but had to stop because I was getting GI distress while driving to work. Not fun, and narrowly avoided getting pulled over a few times in the race to the exit. I switched from MCT oil to this MCT powder and it's a gamechanger - no GI distress so far.- Kept me in ketosis after measuring my blood ketone levels.- Love that they have 1 ingredient in the entire product, and that their MCT oil powder is from organic coconuts.CONS- Frankly, this product is more expensive than the Quest product. Yes, I know they don't use fillers in the product (the ingredient label has only 1 ingredient, unlike Quest) but I'd imagine some people are a bit more budget-conscious. For me, I'm worried about the blood sugar impact of the fillers (like corn startch) so will probably keep buying this brand.- The scoop spoon is a little too small to fit conveniently in the bottle.Overall, great product and I'll definitely buy again. To me, the slight premium is worth it for the organic sourcing and no additives, especially when I'm trying to stay in ketosis.

Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder actually is better than I hoped it would be. I find using this product in my coffee allows me to cut out the heavy cream. Now my doctor shouldn't give me a hard time about my cholesterol ... lolSeriously, it's a great replacement for cream in my coffee!!

It amazes me that users are giving this 1 star just because it gets a little "clumpy"... this is actually a GOOD thing because it means that the product is pure. When it hits the liquid, of course it will clump - it's an oil powder and this is just the nature of the substance. Get creative people and/or use a blender bottle...That being said, I LOVE this product. I have been on the Keto diet for 4 months now and incorporated this product into my routine starting 2 months ago. I also practice intermittent fasting so I don't eat until about 12 or 1pm each day. I put this in my morning coffee (hot or cold) and it 1) Keeps me focused at work all day 2) Suppresses my appetite until lunch and 3) Kicks up my Ketone levels --- So this WORKS! I usually just have 1 scoop a day, but if I'm trying to prep for an event and need to lose weight faster, I'll do 2 scoops a day.There were a few instances where I was put in positions where there was no keto-friendly food so I would "cheat" -- this product kicks you back into ketosis much quicker than if you were to get back into it naturally, which is a plus for me. I highly recommend this.

it's hard to get this stuff to dissolve, but once it does, it is great. I need a shaker (or a really good lid) to get this to dissolve. When it does, it adds a creamy flavor to the beverage. I do prefer this to cream or even butter in my coffee as long as the powder does dissolve; the good news is that it dissolves in the coffee either hot or cold. The kick I get from the ketones (I've been in pretty consistent dietary/nutritional ketosis for over 3 years) is great and really augments the energy from the coffee itself. I've even dissolved it straight up in a water bottle, and it wasn't bad.Keto MCT oil is powder is a totally different product, taste, and texture than liquid MCT oil. Liquid MCT oil doesn't really change the taste or texture of food and beverages. The powder, on the other hand, adds a creaminess texture and unique creamy flavor to it as well. I like it, and I would love it if it were easier to dissolve because if you get a mouthful of powder or moist powder chunk, it turns pretty gross.

I can actually FEEL a difference when I consume this stuff. That's HUGE, because for 99% of all the millions of nutrient tabs, lotions, and potions I have consumed over several decades, I don't feel any different--at all.This stuff is in the 1% alright: I can distinctly tell the difference in focus, mental stamina, speed, and alertness taking this stuff vs. not.It looks like some highly synthetic plastic powder, but tastes like mild coffee creamer--go figure. I take it in coffee and it mostly dissolves easily. It doesn't weird or unnatural in the least. Neither does it make my stomach run for the hills like liquid MCTs do, as long as I follow the suggested use instructions.I used to work for a nutraceutical manufacturer, so I have a sense for how much such things cost to produce. Even so, the relatively high price is completely offset by the performance of this product.

I rarely take time to write a review - but this is an outstanding product that I have come to find indispensable! I can't enjoy bullet proof coffee's oily residue and heavy whipping cream was stalling my weight loss as most dairy tends to. This powder adds perfect creaminess and flavor with no digestive issues for me. It travels easily and I use a little battery operated frother to blend it up that I carry in my purse. I love Dr. Gustin's /Perfect Keto's commitment to purity and no extraneous additives like a corn fiber binder or maltodextrin. Best of all my extremely insulin resistant body/sluggish metabolism has responded to adding MCTs along with my already Keto nutrition/Fasting and exogenous ketones and I'm seeing some nice results. I have great energy, focus and stay satiated during Intermittent fasting also - worth every penny!

This MCT powder is a mixture of C8 and C10 MCTs. I also used BP Brand Brain Octane, and between the two I feel a stronger "boost" from Brain Octane. That being said, this product is still great. Great for travel - roadtrips, and especially airline travel because you don't have to worry about traveling with "liquids." It also is easy to pack into a small container for the day to go to work, or spend the day out shopping etc. You can make a coffee run to your "coffee purveyor" of choice, and get a nice MCT boost anytime during the day out and about. I like to pack a small plastic container with a blend of: MCT Oil Powder, Collagen Peptides, Zero Calorie Swerve sweetener, Vanilla Bean Powder in my purse - and it's at the ready for a mid-day coffee run!!It's also the MCT Oil Powder of choice for most people on a keto diet since there isn't any other weird ingredients used as fillers and such. I usually use in a hot beverages (hot bulletproof coffee or tea), and it still takes using my Nutribullet or strong handheld frother to get the powder to dissolve. There is no taste or aftertaste to the powder, so the taste of your beverage is unaffected.My only peeve is with the packaging. The jar is very small, and yet the handle to the scoop is SUPER long, and taking that scoop in and out of the jar gets product everywhere. So that's 1. a mess and 2. a waste of product.

Update: for those with clumping issues: I bought MatchaDNA Silver Round Tip Milk Frother and Cappuccino Maker (1 Pack) for about $7 and it makes mixing this in my cup a complete breeze! No more clumps!!I rarely write reviews but this product is so amazing that I wanted to let others know. Yes, there is often a small amount of clumping - which, as others have said, is a good thing. I just keep a spoon in my coffee cup and give it a stir after each sip until it has fully dissolved. It makes my coffee taste amazing -- I definitely like a little creamer in my coffee, though. I had been in ketosis for about 2 weeks when I added this to my regime. After just a few days, I can definitely add that I am eating a bit less and never feel hungry. I am eating two meals a day - breakfast and dinner - and this sees me through lunch time with no problem. Thanks, Pefect Keto, for a perfect product for me!

Excellent, high quality product. No complaints. If I was in the market for MCT powder in future, I’d repurchase.

Dissolves well in coffee and makes it creamy without it being oily. Only comment is the container is filled to the brim and it was hard to get out without spilling in the beginning. Even with that, I would purchase again.

I mix it 50:50 with the unflavored version and it makes my coffee very enjoyable!!
