A book that every professional must read
The book is an excellent guide towards excellence in one’s chosen profession. The book is short, crisp and to the point. It is practical and extremely well written.

A perfect follow up to the Talent Code!
Daniel has provided a wonderful system where we can chunk down his previous book tips into 52 steps. His strategies/research has been extremely helpful in helping me perfect my skill set. Some of my favorites:Tip #22 - Pay attention immediately after you make a mistake. Daniel mentions it is instinctual to want to ignore the mistake. By facing the mistake then asking yourself how can you improve and learn from that mistake will move towards a higher level of learning.Tip #47 - To learn it more deeply, teach it. By following this approach, I have become an expert in my field. Through many levels of embedding this information into long term memory - studying, preparing for a presentation, then presenting the information further helps in making the information stick.Tip #49 - When you get stuck, make a shift. Here, Daniel discusses the "plateau" approach in which the progress of perfecting a skill suddenly stops. Through his recommendations and extensive research, multiple solution were provided to overcome this plateau which has led to a significant improvement in my talent within a short period of time.In another tip, he mentioned reading a book, then closing it to learn more (which is basically what I am doing in this review). For studying purposes, rather than memorizing the ten pages from a book, read it once, then write a summary of it. You are forced to focus on the key points of the book - overall "more reaching, more repetition".Thank you Daniel! Some of these strategies are extremely helpful in incorporating them into my classroom.
