My dr actually recommended this product for me. I deal with chronic fatigue and have used coffee to keep me going for many years. The side affects of coffee were giving me terrible anxiety and restless sleep.I sip this product through out the day and it gives me the extra energy I need but in a MUCH healthier way. I don’t feel a crash, (shakes, like other pre workouts) or tingling (that I have got from other pre work outs too).My anxiety had decreased tremendously since I’ve replaced this for my coffee and my sleep is much better (less dreaming)I do exercise, lift weights regularly and play volleyball so I know this is also helping in recovery but I just can’t say enough about the pleasant energy this gives me while I sort out with my dr what is causing the chronic fatigue.And just to address another review, it doesn’t taste great but this isn’t meant to be a cup of tea. If you are looking for results from a product this is it!
