I’m literally in shock of how this thing actually helps with my horrible cramps.The heating element is literally so stronggg.There’s 3 levels and I can’t handle level 1 because it’s sooo hot but helps so much!!it reliefs my pain and is so easy to use which I love!!!! I have recommend this to friends and family and they all agree with what I had to say!

It do gets hot but i put a under shirt then place it over it... If you're a plus size girl will a FUPA don't worry it will fit you. The buckle should've been more sturdy but its their desgin... I have a serious back problem and ever since i purchased this and go out i walked more hardly complains about pain!!!! The vibrator pain is a lil noisey but it can work!!! Buy it you won't regret it. And if you have period cramps it helps too!!!!

Got this instead of the 30 ones I've been seeing and its not too bad. I will say you can tell its not a 30 one since the plastic is cheaper and the modes ate simple but its worth the price. Id say its not bad heats up fast keeps a charge decent and works as it should

I loved how it got hot very fast, had good massage patterns and was softHowever, it was very loud, has a extremely short battery life and the massage part isn’t intensity level it’s different patterns

Works well when it works, but sometimes it is finicky and won't turn on. I like it's compact size and it gets to a good temperature.

I suffer with crazy cramps during my cycle, do a point I have to call out from work. But this little device has been such a life saver for me my husband bought for me because he hates to see me suffer from stomach cramps. I used to use a massager from five and below but had to hold it in place but because this device has the fanny pack/ heating it is hands down amazing. Just to be able to just have it on heating and massaging is just a blessing. I haven't used at work but it jas allowed me to be mobile while in pain to at least get up and grab other comforting thing that help with my healing. I only wish that the setting went a bit higher but I just being anal. I have ordered for my other two girlfriends who complain about cramps as birthday gifts. Thanks! Happy cramper! 😊😊😊

The media could not be loaded.  Worse product do not buy!! I charged it till it was completely full then used it .. it only worked for 5 second before cutting off... Worse product ever don't buy this product
