Q: Do you have any with a deeper screw these don’t fit one of my rads ?

They should do. These have an M30x1.5 thread which is used on the vast majority of TRV valves.

Q: I've just purchased these but there are no instructions? Does anyone have any?

They don’t come with or need instructions they are simple to fit, they just screw on making sure the 0 is facing you when you tighten them up with some grips but be gentle and don’t squeeze on grips too hard or you will break the threaded ring
