Great product!
I read all the reviews before purchasing. Some reviews were good and some Not as good. I decided to try it out. All but 1 strawberry plant has been planted and now turned green. I still have hope that even that one will turn green since some have just popped up. At the time of the picture a couple had not quite greened up but have since the picture. I followed the directions and planted all plants in some type of pot with a store bought compost manure mix. The plants shipped well and were easy to follow directions and plant. They are growing quickly now that they are green and super healthy. I would 100% recommend and buy again. Best of all they were a great price!

Overbearing Strawberries
Planted them as directed. Growing well. Can't wait to get strawberries. Healthy roots. Condition of plants was great. Instructions very easy to follow.

These survived the blazing California heat. First berries were delicious, but few in number.
Waited to give these berries a chance before reviewing. First of all, these bare roots arrived in excellent condition. I love, love, love strawberries and was excited at the prospect of having fresh berries with the dew still on them, anytime I want. But the Miserable Weather Gods (MWGs) were not having it. I put the berries in the ground as soon as I got them, fertilized them, played classical music, read to them from Leaves of Grass, and watered them with the purest water I could produce with my inline filter. Yet, all this plant pampering was doomed by the MANY days of unrelenting heat. One particular stretch was 30 days of over 100 F (almost 38 Celsius!) DAYAM! That's hot no matter who you are. Poor berries toughed it out, but didn't produce many blooms. Only a couple of precious berries, no matter what I did, including watering them multiple times per day. There's a reason that not much grows in the desert (HINT: It's the freaking heat!) and we turned into the desert where I live. The good news, though, is that the hot days are nearly over and the berry vines are spreading. I even got one or two delicious berries. If I over-winter these lovely plants, they may well produce a bumper crop by December or January. YAY! Great tasting, good for you and fun to grow if you don't live in a zone of unforgiving heat. (If you DO- cover with a sun cloth and water profusely. That might help.)

65% viability. More experience would help.
Delivery was prompt and package appeared to be in good condition. I was so happy when the bare root everbearing strawberries arrived and planted the the next morning. 17 of the 26 root stock are pumping out green stems and leaves just a few days later. I was hoping for more viability of root stock, but I still hold out hope for the stragglers to bounce back. I’ll update if survival rate increases. 2 months in and 5 in garden and surviving. The rest survivors were destroyed by mischievous cat. Survivors are covered. Survivors are doing well. I will try again next year with more experience and better infrastructure.

Not worth buying
I bought 50. Planted all in the same soil, same day and in a shelf tier for plants. Only 8 bloomed. The rest did nothing. That is pretty bad results. Good rain and lots of sun. I gave up hope on the rest.

Great Production a Year Later
Bought these a year ago, they are booming now. Picking them daily, some very large. They shipped a few extra, and 25 survived, so worked out perfectly. A tip on planting as I'm reading reviews - don't bury the crown or they won't root. There are numerous videos on it. Great value for the money, I've already picked about 5 pounds this season.

Nice bare root strawberry plants
These arrived quickly, well packed and in great condition. Included easy to follow instructions - they’ve been in the ground a week now and every one of them is growing new leaves. There were even a few extra in there. Very excited to see how they produce. Update: about 4 months later, the plants are still looking good and producing lots of berries, fruit is large, firm and delicious. Highly recommend these!
