If it wasn’t for the fact that this balm is priced significantly higher than most of the other balms on the market, this would be 5 stars. I will say, this may be unfair because I believe it’s one of the better products out there so far but I digress. I initially applied it at night before I went to bed, then again when I woke up during my morning grooming routine. When I got to work, I immediately received compliments that my beard looked like it had grown fuller. Coincidence? Probably. But either way, the hydrating properties of this balm are wholly superior to any other products I use. My beard feels softer and more manageable. It gives it that “healthy” look that I’ve always chased. The scent is somewhat of a citrus blend. It’s a little much at first simply due to the fact that I’m used to floral scents but after a few minutes I quite enjoyed it. If you can look past the fact that it’s double the price of your typical beard balm, you’ll be happy with your purchase. I’ll continue to eat the cost because so far, this product has exceeded my expectations.

Changes will appear in the beard after two days of use, but in terms of guaranteed results with complete certainty and certainty after 32 days, I recommend it. The biggest downside right out of the gate is the price $30 for a 2oz tin is pretty steep for a beard balm, especially with so many solid options out there for less. That said, I haven’t used it long enough to speak on performance yet. Texture and scent seem decent on first impression, but nothing immediately screams “premium” to justify the cost. I’ll give it a couple of weeks and see if the thickening claims actually hold up. If it delivers, maybe it earns the price tag but right now, it’s hard to justify. Update (After ~1+ Month of Use) 26 April 26: I wanted to come back and update my original review now that I’ve had more time with this balm. Unfortunately, my initial concerns about the price haven’t really changed if anything, they feel more justified now. After using it consistently for a little over a month, I haven’t noticed any meaningful difference in thickness or fullness. It performs about the same as other beard balms I’ve used that cost significantly less. It still moisturizes and provides light hold, but nothing beyond what you’d expect from a standard product. The scent and texture are still decent, but again, not enough to set it apart. At $30 for a 2oz tin, I was expecting some kind of noticeable improvement, especially with the “2X thickening” claim. At this point, I’d say it’s an average beard balm with a premium price tag that doesn’t quite match the results. If the price were cut in half, it might be easier to recommend—but as it stands, there are better values out there.
