Perfect density, No after smell, cushiony but firm, great size for a 5'8" gal and made well. I can do all my balance exercises on this without my foot rocking back and forth trying to find a flat firm surface. I'm glad I listened to other reviewers that said "This is the mat you want, Look no further".

Para hacer ejercicio esta super, pero para hacer yoga específicamente no lo recomendaría, en los asanas me la paso resbalandome, esta bien padre que este grueso para las articulaciones pero estar cuidando de irte resbalando hace más difícil concentrarte en la practica

I love the extra wide size of this mat! It makes it so much easier to fully stretch out. My mat laid flat after 30 minutes without any issues. The initial odor was faint to me, but some people are more sensitive. It took about 3 weeks for the smell to really dissipate. I only smell it now if I put my face directly on the mat. It has a good texture and my hands and bare feet do not slip. I wouldn't recommend wearing shoes on it. It's also very pretty and matches my foam block perfectly. I would definitely buy this again!!💜💙
