I was very skeptical about these at first; they claim to help with several different things. But I went in hopeful.... and came out the other side believing in miracles! haha.. these are SO helpful to calm me down in the evening. I have terrible insomnia and take medication for it, so with these I took one 1 hour before my normal medication and it worked like a charm. Please do your research if you're taking anything with mood stabilizers or enhancers. Ask your doctor if you can mix them before trying this on your own. Serotonin syndrome is real and it is not fun.

This brand of Saffron actually states the value of the active ingredient. How can you even compare without all of the information? What I do know is that it has helped me with maintaining a healthy balance of energy and happiness. When you actually experience the beneficial effects of a supplement, in my opinion, it’s easier to determine if it is actually helping you.

I loved the product when I first tried it but after a couple of weeks I started having a stomach ache daily and couldn’t continue taking it.

This product has produced a noticeable difference in my mood and it starts helping almost immediately. Saffron also has the added benefit of appetite suppression (if that’s something you struggle with.) I’m not a doctor, but I have a lot of experience with supplements as a former vitamins department manager at a reputable natural foods store.

Clear mind. But now don’t expect it to work the first time you use it. Like anything it takes time for good things to happen. Then when it works - oh it’s nice. No side effects for me. Good clearly mentality. And have good days. Good price too !

Way too sedating. I took it at 7:30 pm and slept straight through until 10:00 am and I am still groggy.

so i took this brand because it has the actual Saffron dossage that has been studied aka Affron or stigma extract 28 mg (3.5 Lepticrosalides). which is what i look for everytime i take a nootropic, to make sure that the dosage and active ingredients are the ones that were studied...but the price is wayyy too high. almost twice the price of other brands with the exact same composition.

Item name is misleading, it says 60 tablets but the box label says 30 tablet, the title need to be updated

Advertised at 60 capsules. Only received 30!
