Glyph StudioRAID 12TB Hard Drive

Item Arrived with one of the two internal drives dead! When I attempted to contact the seller I was not able to speak to a human only voice mail. I have the same Gylph Hardware already that worked great so I did not pay attention to the concerns of another reviewer of this product. Be aware if you get a item from this reseller it may not work. By the way Amazon will only cover $15 of the shipping cost to return this defective item even though the postage cost me $50.

Hi commercial grade quality. Blows any other external drive that i have away. You truly get what you pay for.

Arrived did not mount, tried formatting

I'm sorry. I just can't forgive a drive that can't last through a feature project. We lost two drives and lost a lot of time and money trying to recover. We bought two glyphs and one G-raid, two seagates over the life of our project. We were ably to recover the Glyph once and G-raid once. And one seagate never had a problem.
