Is it stuck in a sitting position? Or does it lay flat with the legs straight out?

I remember that the elephant was very soft and squishy so I would say if you picked it up, the legs would hang down.....I can’t answer 100% though because I gave it as a baby shower gift and can’t check.

Can someone measure and tell me what the dimensions are of one of his ears?

It was a gift, so I can’t help you with measurements.

Is this safe for a 4 month old?

To play with I would say yes, the eyes are threads so there are no buttons

is there enough stuffing?

Hi! Our Jett will have generous amount of stuffing throughout.
