The exercise bike is useful for desk work and good value for money. The bike's slipperiness is a concern as it moves on ceramic flooring. Maybe a mixed feedback? Poor quality and main issue is the shakiness during use. But overall, the value for money is fine.

Made of inferior material, not practical as it keeps moving whether on carpet or ceramic flooring, I keep adjustig it's position continuously. I do t recommend it and definetly will not buy it again.

So first thing, it is a cute sports accessory which can make you believe you could do something healthy. It is NOT an under-desk pedal bike cause you literally bang your knees on every standard high desk and can't paddle unless you are happy to half-lay in your chair! FYI, I'm only 1.65cm, not particularly tall. It also moves a lot; it has no grip, not on carpet and indeed not on flat surfaces. I cannot recommend to buy this product.

This is the best arm pedal exercise for who can't exercises with legs

Lo compré para mi mamá que tiene mala circulación en sus piernas y le funcionó muy bien, y para el resto de la familia nos sirve perfecto para ejercitar las piernas. Muy recomendable

Just put it on a carpet, don't expect too much as it's a mini exercise bike.. it does the job quite well tho.. make sure to adjust it to your likeness.
