Shrink Cap | Silver (100/Pack)

You probably want to find another shrink cap.
Whatever material these are made out of, did not shrink as evenly as other wine shrink caps I have used. A second gripe is that out of the 100 I bought, about 10% actually work when you pull the tab to remove the top. The rest don't tear the plastic and I have to get out a cutter. Again, other shrink caps I have used work just fine, so I suspect it has to do with the plastic that these are made out of. The color is nice, but when I looked for caps this year, I went with a different brand.

Bought these to cap 375ml wine bottles we used as a favor for our daughter's wedding. They also fit regular 750ml wine bottles. I used my heat gun I usually use for embossing ink on cardstock for handmade greeting cards. This picture shows the shrink cap on a 375 ml bottle

Adorable!
So cute!! Gives home made wine a professional touch. Hint: The directions say to use a hair dryer or boiling water but I used a heat gun on low and it may have been too hot. They shrank up a little crooked, but are perfect when I use a hair dryer.

Love this fun print!
I tried these with a hairdryer and was not very successful; had a few wrinkles and just looked a little messy. I went and purchased a heat gun, about $22 at Walmart ( Wagner brand ) and they applied perfectly. I would absolutely buy these again to dress up my wine bottles.

Easy to shrink on
Half the price of our local brewshop, and MUCH more variety. We've chosen one as our standard, for every bottling.Easy to shrink on, and looks sharp. We use a simple whistling tea kettle. It takes about 30 seconds per bottle.

Professional look and easy to use
Worked just fine with the bottles I bought. Applied heat from a hair dryer and voila! Professional looking finish to homemade liqueur.

Great price and works well
The color was accurate and they shrunk well on the bottle top.

The white shrink caps look great on my recent bottling of Cab/Sauv with mostly white labels. They shrink well using an electric heat gun. I use a fork to hold them so they don't move when heat is applied.
