I am absolutely loving using this monitor (I have the single-camera one). The setup was super easy; I didn't have to mount the camera to the wall as it just sits on top of the dresser, and all I had to do was plug in the camera and monitor and voilà. No need to connect anything to wifi either. The nighttime vision is really excellent too; I have no trouble making out where my son is in his bed or what position he's in. I can easily see whether his eyes are open or closed. The battery life on the monitor is great too. The video turns off automatically after five minutes. The monitor can be propped up on any surface. I can also use the monitor to swivel the camera up and down or left to right. There is a function that allows me to speak directly to my son through the monitor, though it's not a function that I regularly use. Overall I'm very happy with this monitor and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I got this monitor gifted to me for babyshower and it was amazing. Screen color great. Sound great. Battery life great. Fast forward 7 months and I accidentally drop the monitor on MY CARPET and the whole screen goes black and never turns back on. Bummed that I broke this amazing monitor I ordered the same exact one. So the new monitor arrives and after it took me over 15mins to get the camera to actually connect to the monitor I noticed the whole audio and video was static and messed up. The audio was static and the image was a dark black and white (which wasn't the way it was with the old camera I got from my baby shower). So I try and contact seller but their was no option to do that through amazon with this company. So I had to ask for a replacement and take time out of my day and go return the broken monitor to a UPS store. Fast forward 2 days and I get the replacement monitor. Well, this one won't freaking connect. The camera will not connect to the monitor. I'm so done with this company. The original hubble camera was amazing and I referred it to everyone. Not anymore. I don't know what they did or if they changed their manufacturing or what but this is now 2 cameras within one week and both of them are busted. I'm pissed.

I’ve got one camera in the nursery and one in my toddlers room. Install was easy, and I loooveee the magnetic feature of the camera to base. Makes adjustment very easy. You will need a cord protector so baby doesn’t grab it. The main hub is amazing and easy to navigate, haven’t had any issues and all the extra features are so great to have. Highly recommend this camera!

I like that this product comes with two cameras. We originally used it for 2 rooms but now we use it for different angles in the kids’ room. The app is glitchy some times and says it’s disconnected, but works well when connected. Big dislike though is how quickly the battery dies on the monitor.

Within the first 2 months the monitor started glitching. If I turned the video off, the whole thing would turn off without warning. Then at night it would randomly switch from 1 room to the other even on single room view mode. It also would randomly turn off in the middle of the night. The LAST thing you want to experience as a parent is that your monitor hasn't actually been monitoring your baby for who knows how long, because, again no warning, no beep or anything. The power light is bright green and kind of kills any blackout effect you might have set up. Customer service was by email. They responded every two days or so. Again, not the speed you'd hope for when trying to monitor a newborn. When they finally agreed to send a new monitor they wanted me to return the defective one at my cost. Then one of the 2 cameras stopped connecting. This thing was a huge headache and waste of money and because I bought I bought it early in preparation of baby, the 3 month return policy expired. Again HUGE waste of money and caused a lot of stress and work in an already stressful and busy time (newborn stage).

So far this monitor has met all of our needs! It was really easy to set up, the monitor was easy to figure out and navigate. Because the camera is attached with a magnet, it was easy to mount the camera base and then adjust the camera at the right angle to see down into the crib. Additionally the camera pans, zooms and has night vision which is useful! We can clearly hear the baby fussing or crying through the monitor.

I bought this for the features of having both a handheld monitor and wifi monitoring. We used it once and the app continued to glitch and have connectivity issues (loading the monitor screen). We realize this could be a wifi issue, however, we have never had an issue with wifi anywhere in our house before. The app claims to have data from the night, however, there are only 2 notifications that will load. When I try to scroll back further, the loading sign continues. The only reason I have it two starts is because the monitor does it’s job, but not with any significance. You can see the baby on the monitor. There is a delay from live time to monitor time. The temperature feature on the monitor is inaccurate (by 10 degrees). I do not recommend this product if you are excited for the wifi/ phone monitor feature. I would only recommend this if you need basic of the basic needs - hearing if your baby is crying or not.

Purchased the twin version in November 2022. One would not connect to the app but they did work on the hand held device. Night vision is okay, it continually flipped from night to day vision with an audible click. First week of April 2023, one of the two cameras quit working all together. Tried to contact support, sent an email on April 7th 2023 and as of April 20th 2023, I had not received anything other than their automated email stating "You will receive a response in no more than two business days." So I emailed again on April 17th. Still nothing. Emailed again on April 18th. Finally April 19th I messaged their facebook page and got a response with a link to their website saying that I could utilize their live chat feature or email again. I contacted their live chat and got Felipe. He asked that I reset the camera and after that not working he told me he would replace the camera. I have attached the reset instructions below for anyone who needs them since getting a response is a pain in the butt. A) Turn your camera off. If your camera doesn't have a power switch, you can unplug it from power. B) Let it off for 1 minute. C) Then press and hold the PAIR button. D) Turn the camera ON or plug it back in while maintaining the hold on the PAIR button. E) Continue to hold the PAIR button for 2 minutes or until a long BEEP is heard. F) Release the PAIR button G) Wait for the camera LED to flash red so you start the setup.

تتمتع بكل المواصفات التي قد تتمناها في جهاز مراقبة الطفل بصراحه ممتازه و أنصح بها بشده العيب الوحيد القابس الذي يطابق الموصفات الأمريكيه و لكن خلاف ذلك فهي كاميرا رائعة

Tiene buena resolución pero le dura poco la pila a la pantalla, y no me marca cuando lla pila está completamente cargada
