So good!
Even my family who can be picky with foods all really liked this bread! I suggest using buttermilk instead of milk for this mix, and I usually serve it with butter.

Real taste of Ireland
Super easy to make and bake, authentic flavor and texture that is hard to replicate in America because the flour is different.

Irish goodness in a bag
First, it's Irish bread so what is not to love there? Next, this mix makes it easy to bake a love of Irish wonderfulness quickly. I could probably find recipes that I could bake over and over, tweaking a bit here or there to make the best Irish brown bread possible but I'm pretty happy with this right now. Maybe in my next visit to the Emerald Isle I'll find someone to teach me to make this from scratch. Today, this is my go to.

Yumm!
This made a fantastic Irish Soda Bread. I spent about 3 weeks in Ireland recently and fell in love with their breads. They do mill the wheat differently than most of the US flours, this one is coarser than most. You only have to add milk to the right consistency so it is possible to make a small loaf-just right for one!

Absolutely authentic
I have used this product for years both living in Ireland and the U.S. It is very easy and although it says to make in the shape of a round and make a deep cross, I find using a well greased and floured cake tin works really well. Especially if dough is wet and tends to spread out. You have a little more control over the shape in a round tin.
