Looks attractive from outside
But the plastic rim at the bottom which has the lever mechanism over it when we press with leg the foot pedal to open the lid, is of a poor quality. It has broken with the result the lid has to be opened manually now. It has not lasted more then 3 months. The cost too was very high. Very disappointed.

Plastic base is not good
The media could not be loaded. I bought this 12 Lt bin 5 months ago. After 2 months of use, the plastic base underneath broke and the step-on mechanism stop working. Now I have to manually open the bin's lid every single time. Steel quality is good but not the plastic base - it's very delicate, so even after using it gently, it breaks. Considering the fact the lid is a bit heavy, the manufacturer should have used a solid plastic base (since it gets in touch with the metal used inside when you step-on). Appreciate if they could rework on this and send me a new one or refund my money.
