Q: If it doesn't come with a sim card, can you still use it or do you have to go buy a sim card?

I don't know if you can put a sim card it so the answer is yes, I use it without a sim card in it. The watch is connected to the Garmin App on my cell phone & to my home wifi router. It works great... I mostly only use it to listen to music on walks.

Q: Does this have find your phone feature?

Not that I am aware of. It lacked a lot of features and it was so frustrating that I returned it after 2 wks. In my opinion, save yourself a lot of aggravation, spend a little more $$ and get yourself a much better Garmin.

Q: Does the wrist band on this watch cause a rash or burning sensation on your wrist on anyone else? Or is it just me?

Happens to a lot of people. My wrist would get red and irritated, especially if i wore it in the shower and didn't immediately dry underneath the band. I replaced with the 20mm nylon band from Fintie. Super comfortable and no issues now.
