I was a bit skeptical as to how these would work and if they would bother me, but I barely felt them nor did they disrupt my sleep, and taking them off in the morning was easy. Plus it was kinda of gross and interesting to see all the gunk / toxins it pulled out! The smell was pleasant-it kind of reminded me of a sauna although once I laid down I couldn’t smell it anymore. I was happy to read that the ingredients were all natural as well. I’ll probably space out my use over every few days instead of everyday but I highly recommend for cleansing and purifying.

These foot pads are amazing. I have more energy and wake up easily. What is most interesting to me is how it has helped with my digestive issues. I feel cleaner overall and will continue to use. The foot pads stay on well all night too. The adhesives are just a bit too sticky but the effects are totally worth it!
