Treadmill Lubricant for Belt, 100% Silicone Walking Pad Oil, 4 oz

Gift for a close friend and they loved it...still wrks great after 3 yrs!!

I know it’s advertised as Treadmill Lubricant, but this stuff works great on my elliptical! My elliptical began to squeak and cleaning it wouldn’t help with the noise. I applied a bit of the Treadmill Lubricant with a small artist brush to the arm joints and it worked like magic! I haven’t heard a squeak since (It’s been a month since first application). I’m sure the hose attachment will come in handy for other areas, but it was too large to fit where I needed it at the joints. I’ve actually started applying this lubricant to other things around the house like squeaky doors and cabinets and it’s worked like a charm. A little bit goes a long way and I’ve hardly made a dent in the bottle. This is one of those things I will always keep on hand and it’s great for the price!

This treadmill lubricant works great! Application was quick and mess-free, and I noticed an immediate improvement in belt movement and noise reduction. It’s a must-have for regular maintenance and helps extend the life of the machine. Great value and definitely worth keeping on hand!

This treadmill lube works just fine, but the picture is a bit misleading. The nice, straight tube shown in the picture is used to attach to the bottle as a dispensing nozzle. It allows you to get the lube in toward the middle of the belt by simply sliding it under the edge of the belt, squeeze the bottle to start the lube flowing, then pull the tube back away from the center of the belt to apply lube across the width of the belt. Repeat on the other side, and then run the treadmill for a minute or two to spread the lube. The problem is that they ship the tube in a bag that's too small, so they bend it almost in half to fit in the bag. That leaves a curve in the tube that pretty much defeats its intended purpose. The tube "remembers" the curve, and nothing I've tried has allowed to be as straight as it should be. Otherwise, it's great!

Works great. But be careful, the bottle leaks a little bit if you leave it lying on it's side for months. Make sure to store it upright after opening.

So far so good. Contrary to what another reviewer had stated about the product arriving in a small box, thereby resulting in the 'straight tube' being bent and unable to be straightened out again, I did NOT find this to be the case. With a little bit of force and use of intuition, I was able to quickly flatten out the 'straight tube' enough to the extend of being able to reach far in (under treadmill rubber) to oil the essential areas, before turning on my treadmill to spread the oil out. The oil doesn't have any scent, is 100% silicone (which is what's best for treadmills as you don't want any additives found in many over the counter silicone sprays which are better suited for metal parts etc.), and with the convenience of Amazon (being able to stay at home and receive this next day shipped free with Prime), I have absolutely no complaints!
