What does this muffler look like on the inside?

Just watched a video about them. There are perforated tubes internally, that are supposed to let exhaust straight through, but sound waves gets channeled into surrounding filament. Each muffler is supposedly tuned for a specific engines sound properties. Seem kinda pricey

Is this a directional muffler? If so it needs to be installed as offset inlet, center outlet?

Yes it’s directional and yes it’s offset inlet center outlet.

Would this fit on my 2007 Ford f-150 supercab?

This is a universal muffler you must order it for the proper sizes of pipe for your vehicle
