I love L-Tyrosine! I use a larger dose for myself and noticed after a month that my chess scores improved by 40%. So it clearly improves cognitive function. I went out seeking a smaller dose for my child who struggles with ADHD and I noticed a huge difference. If you have a child with ADHD, you know they happen to make a 20 minute task into a 2 hour struggle. For occasional late-evening “slump” the Attentrex works well for me and hasn’t interfered with bedtime. I’ve used NeuroScience products for two decades and always found them to be beneficial for deficiencies that supplements can address. At one time these products required dispensing through a personal health practitioner so I was extremely thankful when they became more readily available through retailers.

I was skeptical at first, but after trying AttenTrex I’ve noticed a boost in energy and it helps me power through my busy workdays without feeling jittery.

It doesn't make a difference in terms of focus and also impact sleep.

These are easy to administer. My kids would eat these like candy, if I allowed them to! They taste good and seem to help them stay a little more focused. We have not noticed any side effects whatsoever. The package is easy to open and close. On days we take these I don’t seem to observe any deficits in their energy or performance.

Helps me with that sluggish feeling I used to get in the mornings - makes it easier to get going.
