Review
If the setup motion doesn't seem swift move the saw sideways on the stand. Setup is much easier on a flat surface. The wheels ought to have bushings, but they work plenty well. I kinda wish the lock worked better in the collapsed position.

Delta saw stand
The product was okay. It broke right away and I need to send it back. The screw that holds the saw to the stand wouldn’t properly lock and it stripped. I didn’t use power tools to tighten the frames to the saw either. It’s also really big when your saw is on it. Overall, I would like to try out the product again and make sure the parts are are not defective when I first receive the stand.

If you can't have a dedicated bench for your Miter Saw, this is the next best thing. Good steady platform to work on and nice way to be able to fold up and put out of the way.

Huh
It’s a like, dislike situation. It’s easy to move around. Got to be careful with it. The metal is very weak.. needs to be improved. I will be modifying mine.

Kobolt Compatible; easy to store
Using this as a mount for my 10” Kobolt sliding miter saw. The assembly was straightforward, and operation is easy. Folding the stand into a storage position allows me to reclaim some garage shop space, and that’s with the saw still attached. Excellent build and feel so far by Delta.

Very sturdy!!
The latch that locks the upright position seems to come out of position. Hardware needed to be purchased to mount to a board. My Ryobi compound wouldn,t fit. Very sturdy!!!

Space saver?
The Delta stand is a large mobile workstation, great for taking projects out of the shop or setting up at your build site. The locking latch gives-way so count on gravity to keep it closed when rolling it around, not the lock or it will open on you. The extendable arms are somewhat stable.. certainly not workbench stable but serviceable in the field which is what I assume it's intended use was designed for. Perfect for setting up next to a deck or framing build. My biggest issue is it takes up so much space in my little 20x20 shop even when folded. I would prefer the saw to be more easily detachable so I could hang it on my wall and put the rack in the loft for the next use, maybe 2-3 / year. Moving it around is cumbersome and it still takes up the size of a medium sized refridgerator with the saw attached. I would almost prefer building a 2x4 bench for the times I need a jobsite chop saw. Good product for those who will use it often. Me... not so much.
