It’s says it’s waterproof and did not work. My kid had an accident and pee in bed. It went right through soaked my mattress. Very disappointed

Unlike what the product description leads you to believe, the top of this mattress pad is not 100% cotton. It is a cotton poly blend. Attached is a photo of the tag on the mattress pad. I was really looking for something that was 100% cotton so I would not purchase again.

I absolutely Love my Assure Sleep by L’COZEE Waterproof Cotton Terry Mattress Protector - After buying a mattress I did some real searching for the right protector. Not only does it have the extra depth but it is quiet, soft and cozy and does not take away the comfy feel of my mattress as its ultra thin and noiseless. The advantage of the waterproof is that it protects from spills of my pets and kids, as well as when a cup of water spills (I have tried it!!) I suffer from allergies and love the fact that it gives me a restful night’s sleep as it protects against allergies. I’ve tried many different mattress protectors, and finally have found THE one. Another great pointer are that this does “not” slip off the mattress, it stays firmly in place, and its machine washable to!!!I will be ordering for the rest of my family.

The protector fits over a normal size twin mattress and also goes over the sides. It is also soft and doesn't make any crinkly sounds. The big negative for this product is that it is NOT, DEFINITELY NOT WATERPROOF. It did not keep my son's pee from going through the protector and into the mattress. My son didn't have his accident until the morning and it wasn't too long after that we pulled his sheets. The mattress was noticeably damp and had a pee smell to it. I would not buy this product again.

The thickness of terry cotton wasn't great. Very flimsy. I have ordered similar protectors, other vendor, who offered better fabric. A few washings and that'll be it.

For a six year olds bed and occasional accidents. We use plain plastic next to the mattress and this pad over. We use an additional 1/2 mattress pad over this one too and most of the time only the extra pad needs washing. It is quiet and grandson likes it.

I am satisfied with mattress cover so far. I bought for the waterproof capability. It being a bed bug deterent, is a plus. Fortunately, I don't have bed bugs. My dad is 1 month from 90 yrs old. This is protection from accidents. Thanks
