Q: Does the filter come oiled or does it need oiled before use?

You have to put your own oil on it. It does not come oiled!!

Q: Does this come with everything needed to install or do you need couplings for the mass air flow sensor ?

Mine came with everything needed for the install.

Q: I have the option to buy but it also says “can’t deliver to your location” do you deliver to California address?
