Great stuff, but idk what it is but this stuff puts me to sleep and slows down my workouts. Iv used it 2 times and compared it to some ghost pump pre, and it’s a little better than that, but it just puts me to sleep, idk if I react to the ingredients weirdly or what it is. Definitely give it a try, but if it’s to expensive just skip it, just get some other cheap pump formula and buy some glycogen separately, I only bought the stuff because they still put glycogen in it unlike most other pre workouts.

Great Pre Workout without all the caffeine. If you want a good pump in the gym but can’t have or do not want the caffeine this is it. Gives a great pump, and lots of energy to push through that workout.

Solid product. Gives you a bit of a rush at first but the focus and extra energy sticks around throughout the entire workout. Taste is really good and it’s a repeatable product. Will order again!

I just used for the very first time an it was excellent!! I’m trying to cut out my crazy caffeine intake with all of the other pre work out I’ve taken. I also wanted a preworkout that would allow me to workout late at night and not prevent me from struggling to get sleep. Now I’ve only had the chance to try this a couple times and I will come back after a couple weeks of use to update. But this has been amazing! Still gives you good focus and energy at the gym without caffeine! It does have beta alnine in it which gives you that tingly itchy feeling, so if you don’t like that it might not be fore you, however I love it. Highly recommended

Not bad . A bit stim in the beginning but within 30 prior to training you body will adapt and get you through 👍🏻 all good 😊
