As expected this machine has past it’s AUE (Auto Update Expiration) date which means it will no longer received updates. Although you can you use it out of the box, there is a misleading in the product title. The one I received is 16 gigs of storage not 32 gigs. Nevertheless the unit is usable.

GOOD PRODUCT BUT SOME KEY BOARD WAS LITTLE BIT PROBLEM

I buy 2 pcs of this chromebook together, first one was working fine, but when i check the second one i notice that there is a damage on left corner of the screen, so i return it to the vendor, and i buy another one, anyway its useful for 3-6 aged kids..

Purchased a used chromebook, which turned out to be a defective item. I reported to Amazon customer service and opted for a refund. Customer service team immediately approved my request and refunded the amount immediately. I am much satisfied for this policy of Amazon.

The product was delivered on 5th Jan/2023 , the product details show 32 GB but the product it'self has 16 GB. Am returning this product, the battery doesn't work, it only works when its in electricity

Amazon is a famous company. They should not give false information about their product. All information are correct except ROM which was written 32 GB but gave me 16 GB. They should not cheat at least. I saw several review they complaints about same problem but still they didn’t change the poilcy.

I got my item yesterday but upon opening, it can't open nor charge..How can I be helped please
